      Alpha Urquico Brooks believes the simplest act of giving can change a life — and for her, that gift is food.​

Alpha Urquico Brooks has always lived by one guiding belief: give generously, without expectation. For her, food has been the truest way into people’s hearts. During the pandemic, when distance kept families and friends apart, Alpha and her daughter Raquel turned to baking as their bridge of connection — each loaf, pastry, and treat carrying the love they couldn’t deliver in person.

What began as a simple act of care grew quickly into something much larger.

Every recipe on the menu is inspired by someone dear, crafted to honor relationships, memories, and traditions. In just one year, their small home bakery blossomed into a fully licensed catering business, fueled by community support and a passion for sharing comfort through food. At Tita Alpha’s Kitchen, every product is homemade and hand-crafted, using fresh, organic ingredients that reflect the values Alpha has carried her whole life: generosity, authenticity, and love.
