The Story of TitaAlphaKitchen

For Alpha Ria Urquico Brooks, food has always been more than a meal — it’s her way of giving love. Raised with the belief that generosity should never expect anything in return, she found that sharing food was the simplest path to connection and comfort.

During the pandemic, when distance kept families and friends apart, Alpha and her daughter Raquel began baking as a way to reach the people they missed most. What started as small batches from their home kitchen quickly grew into Tita Alpha’s Kitchen — a place where every recipe is inspired by someone special, and every bite carries a story.

Today, Alpha’s passion has blossomed into a fully licensed catering business, offering homemade, hand-crafted dishes made with fresh, organic ingredients. But at its heart, Tita Alpha’s Kitchen is still what it has always been: a family’s love, shared generously, one plate at a time.
